- 150 gr. of cookies
- 75 gr. of melted butter.
- 50 gr. chopped almond
- 500 gr. cream cheese
- 200 gr. of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla liquid
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 70 gr. Of flour
- 200 ml. cream (or sour cream)
- Liquid candy
- Chocolate chips
We crush the cookies and the almonds. We add the melted butter in the microwave.
We cover the bottom of the mold and take to the freezer.
Mix the cheese with the sugar until it is homogeneous.
We throw the eggs one by one without beating them before, so that the cake does not crack in the oven.
Add the liquid or powdered vanilla, the lemon juice and the cream.
Mix well and add the sifted flour.
Mix until smooth.
We preheat the oven to about 180º C.
We pour the mixture on the base of cookies and put in the oven and leave it for about 45 min.
After that time do not open the oven until it is completely cold, a few hours, or overnight.
This phase is very important for a cheesecake, as it continues to cook and will not crack.
We present with liquid caramel on top, accompanied by chocolate shavings, sour cherries or candied fruit.
