Milk Bombolonis


  • 250g 000 flour
  • 250g 0000 flour
  • 1 envelope dry baker’s yeast
  • 40g sugar
  • 7g of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g butter
  • 200 ml milk
  • sunflower oil (to fry it)


Beat the eggs with the milk and pour into the thermomix glass.
Add half the flour with the salt and then the other half with the sugar and the yeast.
Chop the butter and pour it over the flour. Program 3 minutes at spike speed.

Take out the dough and spread it on a floured surface.

Work it with the help of a roller until it is 1 cm thick.

With the beaker, cut out discs and place them on a tray covered with baking paper so that they do not stick.

Let them rise for 1 hour and then fry in sunflower oil until golden.

Take them out and sprinkle with sugar.
